How it works: This non-refundable, $100 pre-deposit guarantees you a spot on the workshop. Once the official workshop dates are available, you will be contacted and will need to pay the remaining deposit amount (25% of the total, non-discounted workshop cost minus the $100 pre-deposit) within 30 days to maintain your spot on the workshop. By saving your spot with the pre-deposit, you’re able to plan ahead and prepare for your trip well in advance. You also have the added benefit of locking in a future trip at current trips costs. Due to inflation and other factors, the cost of these trips generally increase each year. By saving your spot for next year’s trip before the prices have been updated on my website, you will only be charged the current year’s workshop cost, I like to do this so you know exactly how much to plan for. See link for additional information regarding Payments and Cancellations . Workshop dates for future years are not currently available, but will be approximate to the current year’s workshop dates. Once the exact dates become available and you are contacted for the remaining workshop deposit payment, you will be able to select which workshop (week 1 or week 2) you would like to attend. These selections will be based upon when the $100 pre-deposit was paid (those who paid first will have the first choice of dates).
